Privacy Policy

Version 2026-10-07

This is a placeholder. It describes what the system actually does today, which we can state accurately, but it has not been through legal review and does not yet address specific regimes such as GDPR or state privacy law. Reviewed text will follow, and we will tell every existing subscriber before it takes effect.

What we collect at signup

When you sign up we record, and keep:

We do not receive or store your card number. Payment details go directly to Stripe, who process the payment; see Stripe's privacy policy.

What is in your instance

Whatever you put there — your clients, tickets, assets, invoices, and the accounts of your own staff. It lives on a server dedicated to you. We operate that server, so our administrators can technically access it, and do so only to run, patch, and support the service, or when you ask us to help with something.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train machine-learning models.

Your instance's first-login password

The administrator password we generate for your new instance is shown to you once, in the browser, and is never emailed, logged, or stored by us. If you lose it before signing in, use the application's own password reset against your contact email address.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to get an export of your instance's data, or to have it deleted. During the 30-day window after cancellation we can still help you extract it; after that it is gone.
